We visited right in the early afternoon and loved people watching and seeing all the street activity. The server was new and we never would have known had she not mentioned that she was in training.

We love both 310 locations. This location has a beautiful view of the lake and there are amazing affordable salads or more formal/$$ meals. I like that you can go here just as easily for a casual lunch or a special occasion. The 310 salad with chicken or blackened salmon and their house balsamic is my favorite dish.

The server brought our drinks and took our order and then disappeared. We had decided not to order appetizers since we could see the plentiful plates of food being delivered to other tables. We saw other tables being brought bread. Not us. One person at our table had ordered a salad and it didn&#39;&#39;t arrive. After about 15 minutes, we flagged down a different server and asked about getting bread for our table. Our server arrived with the bread. Then our food arrived, including the salad. The food was definitely good.

Afraid we would not get a table on a Friday for lunch, but the place was pretty empty. Heard it is packed at night with a patio space. Had veggie choices for flat bread. Should provide a lunch menu to adjust prices and drinks too. A bit more than I pay for lunch and lower prices might bring in more business. Server was nice and accommodating.

Nothing special. The interior was almost empty when we arrived on a Friday at noon for lunch, which is disconcerting. Service was slow, took a half hour for our order to come out. Food was fine.

Our experience didn&#39;t start out the greatest. We sat ourselves and waited close to 15 minutes before approaching a waitress to take our order or find the waitress for our section. I didn&#39;t really care to watch the two waitresses discuss whose table it was and if they wanted it or not. Luckily we ended up with a very nice waitress named Morgan and she took very good care of us. She felt so bad about our wait she gave us complimentary chips and salsa. We ordered pecan lettuce wraps, mushroom burger, chicken strips,and spinach enchiladas. All were very good and reasonably priced. My only suggestion is to be cautious when sitting outside in the cafe area. There were a number of homeless people asking the patrons for money.

This place was absolutely, terribly bad. Microwaveable food at best. Even the waitress mentioned it. We asked to alter one of the enchilada platters and she said that couldn&#39;t be done because the enchiladas were bought frozen and were premade.. The table was dirty with mustard and cigarette ash we asked her to please bring a rag 6 times! ! My husband ordered a 12$ margarita. He received lemonade instead. . No even a salted rim. . We ordered chips,guacamole and salsa.. they never came. . We asked to have them removed from the bill. . The food was below mediocre. . Never going back there. . I would steer clear.
