It’s very close to the hotel we stayed in. When we went to the town, we visited here by the way. It is very suitable for literary and artistic youths to take pictures here. There is an open park next to the sea and many locals are here. Casual, very nice place. A very literate place, very suitable for net celebrities to take photos. There is a toilet. You can stop by after watching whale sharks. He has a lot to do with the local history, but it is not worth visiting just for this trip. The local traffic is very congested. 4-4.5 hours
After going to watch the whale shark, I stopped by a church ⛪️, erected next to the five-color ocean, and met a group of Filipino primary school students who took a photo with us very enthusiastically.
The Lady Church is located on the southwestern side of Sumilon Island, not far from San Juan. There is a small park in front of this place, and the city hall is also here. You can take a small staircase from the back of the park. Although the front of this church looks unremarkable, it is still relatively solemn.
There is also a candle holder next to it. You can put candles here. If the sun is good, it is very beautiful. Basically, people who come here are driving motorcycles or chartered cars.
Oslob used to be an unknown fishing village. In recent years, it has attracted more and more foreign tourists because of whale sharks. The town is close to the sea, with a long coastline and beautiful beach scenery. Although the town is small, there are many historical sites and churches. Tourists and locals will come here to stroll around and see the sea. Life in the small town is easy and there are now many homestays open to tourists, but in peak season, it is still hard to find a room!
Made from coral this church stands in view of the waterfront. A real relic from the Spanish era. Beautiful inside and still used regularly. Do go and see it while in oslob.
The Church was very fascinating. Very old and still very beautiful. The Cuartel Ruins was also very classic. A definitely must see if you are in Olsob.
The church and ruins in the centre of town are certainly worth having a look. We enjoyed walking around.
A good friend got married here, it is a neat old church, right on the main road through Oslob, which is a very small town about 130k south of Lapu Lapu
