There are two parts to this museum - the shop and the tour itself. The shop has everything Sherlock related at not too bad prices for souvenirs either. From the shop you can buy your tickets to enter Sherlock Holmes' house. Now if you weren't sure if Sherlock Holmes is real or not, then this will definitely convince you (I was starting to doubt myself!). There is every little detail that you could possible imagine Sherlock to have; incredibly detailed. Even hidden away in the corner is Sherlock's violin. You can access all the floors right up to the attic, whilst exploring Sherlock and Watson's adventures. The nicest touch I find is the blue plaque they have on the building that says "Sherlock Holmes: Consulting Detective".

As a huge fan of Benedict Cumberbatch, visiting 221 Baker Street is a must! As such I’ve found myself staying just 5 minutes away from the street during this trip to London.
The Sherlock Holmes Museum is right next to the gift shop. You can purchase tickets directly inside the shop. My suggestion is to head to the museum first and then shop for souvenirs.
The Museum has practically recreated Sherlock Holmes’ workplace and where he lived. There is a total of 4 floors to the museum, you can see his pipe, his top hat, his leather whip as well as the revolver you’ll see in the movies. There are tour guides, you’ll also see an open book on his desk, bouquets in full bloom. You’ll feel like you’re in the middle of the scene. It’s a pretty interesting tour, and about half an hour here is sufficient.

On the first rainy day in London, I went straight to the museum
first to Baker Street to visit the Sherlock Holmes Museum
from the subway station to see the statue of Sherlock Holmes
even if it was raining to visit him. Less
also opened a full-day museum adventure
because the author of Conan Doyle's Sherlock lived at Baker Street 221B
so the natural museum is now also set here
Other museums in London The Sherlock Holmes Museum is the smallest one
more like a celebrity's former residence
Don't know if the TV series "Sherlock" is taken here
No matter what it says, it is also my first look. The British drama is also one of the favorite
museum also specially invited a few maids to feel very grounded
[Sherlock Holmes Museum Tips]
the layout of the hall are mentioned in the novel Based on the plot, the authenticity of the old home of Holmes is added.
The visit to the limited space museum is limited to the number of people entering the batch
There is also a Sherlock Holmes souvenir shop, attracting a large number of Sherlock Holmes fans. There is a London Beatles Store next to the store, and Beatles fans can't miss it. The Sherlock Holmes Museum is not far from Madame Tussauds and can be arranged on the same day.
You need to buy a ticket to visit the museum, an adult ticket is 8, and a child under 16 is 8 pounds. Souvenir shops do not accept tickets.

Regardless of the classic Robert Downey's classic "Detective Sherlock Holmes", or the world-famous volume of the "Sherlock", Holmes Dorner's Holmes has been put on the screen countless times. The Sherlock Holmes Museum in Baker Street in London has thus become a pilgrimage site for fans of Sherlock Holmes around the world. Walking out of the Baker Street underground station, you can see the tall statue of Sherlock Holmes. The Sherlock Holmes Museum is completely free of navigation. Wherever there are many people, it must be there - whenever there is always a long queue in front of the Sherlock Holmes Museum.
The famous Baker Street 221B is home to Holmes and his assistant Dr. Watson, who lived here between 1881 and 1902. The house was built in 1815 and was converted into the Sherlock Holmes Museum in 1990. The museum was built almost entirely in accordance with the description in the novel. Holmes and Watson live on the second floor of the building, with a study in front and a bedroom in Holmes behind. There are many familiar items in the study, such as magnifying glasses, iconic hunting deer caps, pipes and so on. The third and fourth floors are life-size wax figures and famous scenes in the novel.
The museum's service is very attentive, from the guard to the interpreter, all Victorian dress, not only free photo, but also very enthusiastic to answer the questions of tourists. If you are a fan of Sherlock Holmes, you will definitely fall in love with it.

Step back in time, and when you visit London, remember to visit The Sherlock Holmes Museum. It's a museum located at 221b Baker Street dedicated to the famous fictional detective Sherlock Holmes.
While Sherlock is clearly a fictional character that doesn't stop London visitors wanting to visit his 'home' at 221B Baker Street. The house is decked out in the same Victorian period as Holmes was set, and shows a myriad of the instruments and details from the Conan Doyle's books, Holmes memorabilia, and even a mock-up of the detective's study looking onto the street. The gift shop is run by the in-character staff who endeavour to keep you in Holmes' world as long and authentically as possible - and even when you've left the house and are catching the tube, Baker Street station is covered in Holmes' silhouettes.
