We were staying the financial district but visited Flamenco Island a few times. There are lots of nice restaurants and great night life. Definitely recommend visiting if you are in Panama City. The...
What to do?
We got off the Hop-on-Hop-off bus here...but other than a free drink (which you can get with your HoHo coupon), we couldn't figure out what to do there on a rainy day.

Been here multie times especially in the evenings and I don't get tired of it. Every opportunity Icruise to the restaurants just to sip on MaiTai's....awesome!
