We had a spare hour in Montmartre and enjoy art but are far from experts. This gallery was wonderful. A wide range of pieces including book illustrations which I had no idea about beforehand. Just the...
This is a great museum for us who like Dali. There even is a key on a wall which explains details in his art like the crotchet, the clocks etc. The place is small but very spacious.
This is an extraordinary display of Dali’s works. I have seen a few of his paintings in Madrid, but this included sculpture, lithographs, and many pieces that I don’t know what to call them. It was a ...
One of the greats of the Surrealist movement, Salvador Dali was a master painter and sculptor whose paintings show the craftsmanship and color of the old masters with outlandish imagery and juxtapositions found nowhere else in nature. Situated in the Montmartre district of Paris, Espace Dali shows his more obscure sculptural work from his later life. You will see bronze statues that depict scenes from classic literature, such as "Don Quixote," and other wonderful sculptures, such as "Melting Snails" and "Soft Watches." This permanent exhibition is open to the public seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

You can breeze through this in 1 to 2 hours... and some might find it short and somewhat cliche. But for fans of his work, this is a great way to see many different pieces which are only ever shown in books. Quite exciting to see his development as an artist across so many pieces in one place. It was a suprise destination for us, but one that was well worth seeing!
Amazing! His sculpture work was amazing. :)
My girlfriend and I went to visit this gallery because we are fans of Dali! We enjoyed the displays and were glad to see that we were able to purchase pieces at the end of the tour! But we were EXTREMELY disappointed with the attitudes of the employees!!! They were very very rude especially when we were about to leave, we went to talk to the lady incharge of customer service to let them know we loved the displays but they need to remind their staff that everyone that comes in is a potential customer/client and not to be rude... she gave us the same attitude and it was disgusting. So sad to see such a great artist represented with no class.
Lots of crazy sculptures packed in this small museum. The music added to the trippy mood.
