One of the most breathtaking buildings I have ever been in. It is incredible. The stained glass is beautiful. As you go up the narrow staircase and see all the colors and light shining through the windows you'll forget everything but this view. It really is amazing. Well worth the 10 euros or so definitely see it if you're in Paris!

I have been to friends in Paris. Everyone should not miss the famous Notre Dame de Paris. In fact, on the island of Xitun, about 500 meters away from Notre Dame, there is also a very low-key, little-known Saint Chapel. It used to be the royal chapel of the French royal family. The church has a small footprint but is extremely luxurious. There is no pillar in the middle of the long and narrow hall. The dozen or so tall colored windows around it occupy most of the wall. Each window depicts the story related to the Bible. . Standing in the empty hall, looking up and looking around, as if surrounded by the light of various colors, it is amazing!

Paris Saint Chapel, which was built by King Louis IX of France to preserve the sacred crowns and crucifixions of Jesus' crucifixion. The cost of the entire church is far less than the price of the sacred objects. The Saint Chapel is small in size, but the carved glass on the top tells the story of more than 1,000 Bibles. Each painting is an artistic treasure, which is really shocking.

Introduction
La Sainte-Chapelle is a chapel on the Ile de la Cite in Paris, France. It is wildly considered one of the foremost examples of Gothic architecture in the world. The chapel was completed in 1248 and stood untouched until the French Revolution, when it was unceremoniously destroyed. It was originally built to house Kind Louis IX’s collection of relics, including what he believed to be Christ’s crown of thorns. Sainte-Chapelle is home to what many consider to be the world’s most beautiful and intricate stained glass, though much is re-creation based on original documents.

While I think the price to enter is a little steep at €10, the windows are so breathtakingly beautiful, it’s definitely a must see! This is very close to the Notre-Dame, so very easy to do right after. Take note that the stairs to get up to the main part of the church are very steep and narrow!
Small, but gorgeous. Get there early to ensure you won’t have to wait in line that long. The inside of the chapel is breathtaking.
Absolutely breathtaking. The stained glass windows in the high towers are truly amazing.
Beautiful stained glass all over this cathedral - very nice to see. It is a bit pricey to get in (10 EUR per person) , but cheaper if you are a student. Worth it to see some amazing artwork and piece of history.
