The west entrance of Rizal Park is a three-dimensional clock, designed by Freelipons Freemasons, manufactured by Bulova, and built in 1998 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the independence of the Philippines. There is a board on the pedestal on which is engraved with speeches by the then president of the Philippines and a master mason. Next to it are two buffalo statues, one of the national symbols.
