Sichuan Baishuihe Natural Reserve

Baishuihe Nature Reserve is located in Pengzhou City on the northwestern edge of the Sichuan Basin. It is a nature reserve that protects rare wild animals, plants and biodiversity such as giant pandas. Baishuihe Nature Reserve is extremely rich in natural and human resources. The mountainous area of southwest China where the reserve is located is listed as one of the 25 biodiversity hotspots in the world. It is a temperate forest ecosystem with very rich biodiversity in the world. It is also one of the areas with cultural diversity in China. There are 55 ethnic minorities in the country. The mountain peaks and stalagmites are abrupt, steep and straight, towering and stretching. The stone glaciers and stone seas above 4,000 meters above sea level have different causes and shapes.
