Beautiful town in a stunning location. It often gets overlooked by the crowds more interested in neighboring Dubrovnik, but Kotor is my favorite for sure.
Kotor, the ancient city of Kotor. The best thing about Kotor is that he gets lost in the maze of the old town, and then finds his way out. The small town is not big, there are many churches, mainly Orthodox. There are many cafes on the roadside, you can rest and continue to lose ...
Many souvenirs inside are very distinctive, and the ice cream here is particularly delicious, very good, only two euros, we ate three a day, some restaurants in the ancient city will still slaughter guests, pay attention.
great place to visit this summer. city in between beautiful sea and black mountains. the cruise ship dock is a must see in the port of Kotor
Kotor is a small medieval city. Historically, it was ruled by Rome, Byzantine, Venice, Ottoman, Austro-Hungarian Empire, etc., especially Venice for nearly four centuries. No wonder the architecture here has a typical Venetian style. Also described by Lonely Planet : the dreamy mountains surround the fjord, as if returning to the ancient town of the medieval preservation. Modern luxury cruise ships slowly drive into the harbor illuminated by the sun in the melodious bells, giving people a feeling of time and space staggered between ancient and modern times. The beautiful scenery of Kotor harbor is intoxicating! Kotor has two places that are most attractive, one is the well-preserved medieval city pattern; the other is the complete city wall and fortress from the sea to the top of the mountain. Walking through winding streets and entangled alleys, you will feel the city area seems larger than it is, strolling for 10 minutes, perhaps finding yourself back where it was, and Kotor's best way to see things is to take an endless walk.
