I use this place as a good reference point for meeting young people in Phnom Penh. Food is Good, Service is very good. Parking is a bit hectic especially in the evening.

Belang bag beef first recommended! Crazy call! Really delicious, after eating a plate of appetite, as a pre-food is almost ... with the black pepper lemon juice in the store, really delicious 😋 Coffee ribs are also very special, the first time I eat this taste of ribs, but I eat a little too much. It&rsquo;s a bit greasy, and the egg tofu is burnt and tender. I won&rsquo;t be disappointed. The wine is slightly more expensive, the boss is warm and open, but haha.

Very good coffee shop, the package of burgers is very good, the chocolate dessert is very good, there are many varieties of dip, I still prefer to eat ketchup with chips, more traditional.

Very good cake shop, the best local cake shop I saw in Phnom Penh, the lollipops made inside are very beautiful, the children especially like it, the chocolate inside is sweeter, I also like it very much.

Very lively bar, there are many foreigners at night, the ice cream inside tastes very good, the cocktails are rich in variety, the price is relatively expensive in Cambodia, the environment can only be regarded as general.

Phnom Penh is a relatively high-end place, and Phnom Penh is also a relatively tall building, and it is also very famous. It feels very good to eat here at night. It is French food and a bottle of French red wine.

Very good Vietnamese food, the Vietnamese spring rolls inside are delicious, the salmon Vietnamese noodles are delicious, similar to the soup of Dongyin Gong, sour and hot, Vietnamese rice is also good, very soft.

I love the setting, adjacent to a garden. Le Bistrot serves a light breakfast, light lunch, and dinner. It is open air but covered. There is also a full-service restaurant with air conditioning. I often have a sandwich or a glass of wine at Le Bistrot before visiting the library, art gallery, or catching a movie upstairs. The IFC is one of my favorite places to hang out in Phnom Penh.

We aren&#39;t French which is probably the first mistake but the menu is both English and French. The vegetarian sandwich option wasn&#39;t available but because there wasn&#39;t much else to order, the lady had it prepared for us which was good. We also wanted the breakfast, which is tea, fresh fruit and a croissant but was told no and that it was finished. It&#39;s just fruit and bread, and the menu was on the table. Either take the menus away or serve it. All in all ok, wouldn&#39;t go back though, we just felt like a pain. It&#39;s a good place for just a coffee I suspect. Merci.

I love the food here, not only because I am french and it is french style, ... the restaurant and the bar are a peaceful environment. Price is following the quality of the place, so a bit expensive
