Obviously, this is the tallest building in Phnom Penh (the capital of Cambodia). I'm sure, there are many misleading legends about it, but there is no doubt that it is really high! The shape of this building is unique and strange, it looks a bit like a penguin. It has black reflective glass. I believe there should be a restaurant open to the outside world. If high-end shopping malls are what you want to see, they are worth a visit-of course in Cambodia, they are rare. The building itself is nothing special. It is located near the Canadian Tower and Phnom Penh Railway Station. In a few places in this country, you will see a lot of expensive vehicles.
If you want to ask me where is the most luxurious high-end mall in Phnom Penh, Naga counts as one, and the Vattanac Capital tower mentioned today is considered to be the second one. When I walked in, I was surprised again. Inside the huge mall I can't see how many customers there are, but the lights inside are brilliant, and the waiters are more neatly dressed. I have been shopping for a long time, not because I like shopping, but because it is really cool inside. If you come to Phnom Penh Railway Station, you can go to the opposite side to have a look at this mall.
