The Kitchen offers an excellent buffet breakfast costing $21 for adults, $16 for teens and $12 for kids. Everything you could wish for is included - it&#39;s a great way to start the day. Don&#39;t forget to grab some fruit on the way out for a healthy snack during the day. We went for one evening meal during our stay and the food was really good. Portion sizes were perfect and everything was really tasty. The restaurant was not too busy in the evening either; in the mornings its quite a loud place. On all occasions we found the air conditioning way too cold. I had to dig some cardigans out of the suitcase for our visits as it was really uncomfortable otherwise.

Panda fast food is a Chinese fast food chain, but the taste is not completely authentic Chinese, it is slightly improved. But it still makes our Chinese stomach more than those burgers, chips, sandwiches and so on. The dishes are lan beef, Gongbao chicken, spring rolls and so on.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, had great food, but especially appreciated the service. I have serious allergies, and both the waiter and Manager went above and beyond to ensure my food was safe. The restaurant was busy, but the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend it.

Although this is a seaf food restaurant, there many options in the menu including burgers, salads, etc. We got a GF burger and a GF ceaser salad w/ salmon. The GF bun was really good, great value lunch, 50 $ well spent for my family w/ 2 kids. Service was really good, very knowledgeable servers for allergy requirements. I&#39;d certainly come back next time. I regret for not having lunch there the 2 times before that we visited Universal. Ah, GF fries are fried in separate oil.

My wife and I chose Bice for our 10th wedding anniversary dinner. We arrived by boat from City Walk, Universal Studios....lol....(it&#39;s true) there is a boat. The restaurant is exceptionally clean and well maintained with an old world feel to it. High ceilings, romantic lighting and Mediterranean d&eacute;cor. OH....and even a shiny black grand piano that we both enjoyed. A true Italian experience. Our waiter Paul was wonderful, charming and made some very exceptional recommendations. And those recommendations were spot on. My wife ordered two styles of hand made pastas, both authentic ....the mezzaluna eggplant pouches, and the cappalacio short rib hats. The best part for me was seeing and re-experiencing the joy my wife and I have shared for the last ten years....Bice really made a difference in preserving that opportunity for us. From the wine and pairing suggestions our waiter introduced, to the romantic piano in the background, to the flicker of the candle on the table.....Unforgettable.... TY Bice!!!

Fantastic restaurant. Very spacious, gracious staff and most of all, fantastic food. Lots of choices, excellent bread. After walking the universal parks all day, a great dinner is an absolute must!

While we frequent the Hard Rock often and always dine at The Kitchen, our server, Eddie Sanchez, really stood out during our last visit. It was a hot day yet we chose to eat outside. Eddie was very pleasant and friendly, hustling to equally serve all his tables clearly ignoring the temperature. Koodos to Eddie and we&#39;ll see you next time!

We ate here for the character breakfast since we wouldn&#39;t be in the park on Thursday for the in park character breakfast. You are able to choose between a regular menu or the buffet for breakfast. The food was tasty and service was good. There were 2 characters that came around while we were there, Gru and Homer Simpson. Since it is inside of a resort, expect to pay a little more than your average middle grade restaurant. My husband are here by himself with our 6 year old for dinner and it cost $50.

Got there at 11:53 and got a breakfast menu because they didn&#39;t serve lunch until 12:00. Overpriced for average food. It only took one menu to decide other options were better.
