Just avoid Phuket at the moment. It's dead & full of horrid humans who just want to fleece you. Go to Samui, Koh Phangan or Koh Tao if you want a better island experience. Phuket is more like being ...

Known as the jewel of the Andaman Sea, Phuket is known for its quality beaches and seawater and is one of the best islands in Thailand.
There are many big and small beaches around the island. Sunshine, beach, and bikini are the beautiful scenery. Which beach should you choose to spend half a day? Recommended here
laem singh beach
is very close to Kamala Beach, a small and quiet beach, looking down from the kamala view, transparent blue water, white sandy beach, only Very few tourists, there are speedboats flying from time to time on the sea. Enjoy and enjoy your vacation time
tip: You can go down from the Kamala view, there is no charge for Phuket beaches.
Kamala has a long strechted beach with nice views cause there are not many big houses.
In front off kamala sunwing hotel this beach is very clean, nur when you leave to left or right there is a lot off garbage everywhere.
At the south beach is a small river going in the sea and this smell very bad,so i not recommend to swim there.
I was there in low season and there were not many traveller in kamala.
Hope they will have a good season
Kamala Beach is located 6 km north of Patong Beach, south of Surin Beach and about a 10-minute drive from Patong Beach. If Patong Beach appeals to people who go for its drinking, Muay Thai fights and nightlife, then it can be said Kamala Beach is the perfect choice for visitors who prefer a clean, quiet and peaceful experience. The beach is one of the few beaches on the island that has preserved its authentic fishing-village appearance. The east side of the beach is home to Phuket FantaSea, a cultural nighttime theme park, which is a great destination for friends and family.
