Hatadage

Atadage "Ata" is the temple where the Buddha's Teeth Sheri was placed, built in the 11th century AD. This is the Buddha's Teeth Sheri of Vijayabahu King I (1070-1110). This building is built on 54 stone pillars. Buddha Teaserli has been kept on the second floor, because it is built of wood, it has been destroyed. To the second floor is through a granite staircase. There are three Buddha statues on the ground floor, but unfortunately only one statue in the middle still exists today. It is also considered the only surviving building of King Vijayabahu I. Atadage refers to eight people, and this building will be called probably because it houses the relics of the eight Buddhas including the main Buddha teeth, or because it was completed in eight days, which is possible because there are indications that parts of other buildings that the building has already used in the Anuradpur era, The moonstone is a good example.

It is a very nice palace, very grand, built for many years, very historical.

Hattadage is located in the quadrangle courtyard, adjacent to Atadadage, built during the Nissan Kamala period, and was also a place for worship of Buddha teeth. It is said to have been built in 60 days. It has several layers of exterior walls and several doors, carved in front of the door, and three fragmented Buddha statues inside.

Atadaji is located in the courtyard of the ancient city, one of the oldest buildings in the ancient city of Polonnaruvo, built during the year of King Vijayahabul, is used to worship Buddha's teeth. Now only the door frame and columns are retained, and the roof is no longer there. There is also a standing Buddha statue in the center of the site.

After a few monuments in Polonnaruy, I felt a little visual aesthetic fatigue, and the names of these monuments were longer, and they seemed to be the same or similar pronunciation. I couldn't remember who was who, and I had to look at the pictures to remember. Hattadage is very close to the circular Buddha, and the driver's guide on the spot said that it was built in only 60 days, which is incredible.
