Nice looking bridge with cobbled walkway on it but no river below it.Do not know the history of it so cant say much more.

As bridges good this is an impressive one, if you're in Popayán do have a look, but don't make an extra special journey.

Historical bridge in European-like setting

More of a pedestrian area, the historical bridge on one side leads to the busy white city center. It hovers over an much older steeps bridge and a amphitheater-like park.
