Coogee Beach
#sydneytrip
Coogee Beach is a beautiful gem in Sydney, and my visit in the middle of October was nothing short of fantastic. The water is a tad cold this time of the year, but the views and the experience more than make up for it.
This beach is vast, offering ample space for everyone, from families to friends looking to spend quality time together. There's a lovely adjacent park that's perfect for picnics and relaxation, making it an ideal spot for gatherings.
If you have little ones, they'll have a blast playing in the sand. What's great is the presence of multiple canals that lead to the beach at the corner. This area is perfect for kids to build sandcastles, dig, and channel water for endless fun.
Parking can be a bit of a challenge, with limited space right next to the beach. However, there are alternatives nearby. You can find parking at Woolworth Metro, and Dan Murphy's paid parking lots. So, don't let the parking deter you from enjoying the beauty and serenity of Coogee Beach. It's a must-visit spot for anyone in Sydney, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and fun by the sea.
澳大利亚东海悉尼的库基 (Coogee)海滩是一个漂亮的海滩,离海滩外一公里有一个被称为婚礼蛋糕的小岛,这个小岛保护库基海滩免受大多数海浪的影响。
I went twice in a week. Buses were shocking. It was okay to come from the rendezvous point but we waited for the bus twice for 40 minutes when we left the beach because it didn’t show up. The beach wasn’t the best either, I’d rather go to Bondi Beach or other smaller beaches. Maybe walking from there to Bundy is a positive ending.
Bundy Beach disappointed us and we decided to go to Kuki Beach. much better. It was worth taking a bus from Bondi Beach to get off work. The beach looks more comfortable and the restaurant is better. The waves are very interesting and a deep undulating beach makes us stand up to surf in the waves a challenge. When the waves come, it's like being in a drum dryer, even in shallow water, you'll be swept up by the waves. Not recommended for kids, so after a while we went to the beach pool and played with family while the waves were lapping. There are large grass areas on the beach, and there are plenty of places to sunbathe if you prefer. It’s also nice to walk along the beach.
Blue sky and white clouds plus white beaches, and a tide of people wearing bikinis and swimming trunks. Definitely a good place for summer vacation. This should be a few years ago. I must go again after the epidemic.
Kuki Beach is a small beach in Sydney, with a human-shaped wooden walk on the edge of the beach, and the scenery is very beautiful. This is a popular spot for wedding photos for Sydney couples, because the sunset here is so beautiful. Many locals barbecue here, which is also very warm picture.
Love this beach bay, overall it is very recommended, it is very pleasant to walk from Kugi Coogee Beach to Bondi Bondi Beach, Kuki Beach is a good place to go even in winter (the weather in Sydney is not too bad in winter, Far from Bondi Beach - play a little more time here before you leave.
