"I had the chance to visit Notre Dame sadly after the fire ruined the back part of the cathedral, because it was made of wood, so it was easily caught on fire. But luckily, the front part still looks very beautiful, and if you just stay at the front parr, you couldnt tell that something happened before. The Seine river beside this cathedral makes it look even more pretty. I didnt have the chance to go inside because it was closed for renovation at that time."

"This is my favourite place in Paris. It’s quite a climb, yet there are some great restaurants at the top. It is a tourist trap at weekends so probably best to avoid then. In the week it’s busy but easy to find somewhere to eat without booking. The views of Paris are spectacular and the cathedral itself is very impressive. Great place to soak in the atmosphere."

"I really love this church! Although it is not as famous as Notre-Dame, I find it beautiful and love how the steps are covered in flowers during the spring/summer. I often grab a sandwich and eat it on the steps, as you have a view down Rue Royale and onto Place de la Concorde. Entrance is free so in the summer it's a good place to cool off."
