I got the Cancun package from Costco Travel. With this package, BD Travel offers a pick-up service from the airport. They were polite and there was no waiting time at all, the van could carry 10 people, but they didn't let us wait and took our family of three. It would be better if there was Wi-Fi on the van as shown on the van. The resort travel agency was also helpful. I booked a 4-day snorkeling tour of Chichenica, Xcaret, Xploror, Reef Park. The price was fair, which was what I expected from the research before my trip.
