Fanwan Lake Scenic Area

The Huiwan Lake Tourist Scenic Area is located in the middle of Qianjiang City, within the Houhu Management Area. It is a tourist scenic spot with the characteristics of water town gardens, which integrates tourism, vacation, leisure, fishing and viewing. The Huiwan Lake Tourist Scenic Area covers an area of more than 20,000 mu. Among them, the characteristic landscape is a lake of more than 10,000 mu (named Huiwan Lake). The core area of the lake is the Lake Garden, which has scenic spots such as Shushushuizhai, Furong Island, Bainiao Island, Reception Hall, General Hall, Wanwan Hall, and resorts. The lake garden is surrounded by water, shaded by green trees, the water and sky are the same color, coupled with the beautiful and moving legend of Jiang Niangniang, it is refreshing and imaginative. There are also the famous "six unique" delicacies of the water town, which will make you unforgettable. The water body of Huiwan Lake Tourist Scenic Spot is clear and transparent, and it is an environmentally friendly green water source. Huiwan Lake has a wide variety of wild animals and plants for tourists to watch. In the depths of the willow shade, you can hear waterfowl sing softly, and in the waves of the Pinghu Lake, you can see wild flowers blooming quietly. Especially in the season when the lotus is in full bloom, picking lotus by boat, the fragrance of the flowers is fragrant, and it has a unique taste of the water town in the south of the Yangtze River. There is a floating bird-watching pavilion in the Huiwan Lake Tourist Scenic Spot, and the pavilion pillars are hung with couplets that say "hundreds of birds compete to make noises and hundreds of birds play, and all guests will win and all guests will stay". A few years ago, due to the increased utilization of agricultural and fishery resources and the serious phenomenon of poaching, the area of lakes and the number of biological species declined sharply. In order to make the birds "come home", Houhu Farm and Huiwan Lake Tourism Management Office have protected the wetland system and biodiversity of aquatic, terrestrial and natural environment.
