Located in Jinshanzui, Beidaihe seaside, it is a man-made landscape. According to historical records, in the 32nd year of the Emperor (215 BC), Qin Shihuang visited the rock in the east, sending Yan Lu Sheng to enter the sea in the Dongshan Park in the present harbor area.
