"Huiguang Tower is located in Huiguang Park at the southern end of Huiguang Road, Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province. It began in the fourth year of Song Taishi in the Southern and Northern Dynasties (AD 468). It is one of the oldest brick towers in my country. It is a national key cultural relic with a high history, Scientific and artistic value. The tower is a pavilion-style brick-wood tower, the outer wall is earthy red, the tower is 45.5 meters high, and the building is a bucket arch structure, with a flat hexagonal nine-story, hollow tower, and a staircase to climb to the top of the tower, giving a bird's eye view of Lianjiang And the whole picture of Lianzhou."

"Wonderful! The spirit of this place is glory of the ceramic! This is not the a secret that Foshan was the ancient famous center of ceramic production. This place introduces us the ways how it had been done and local lifestyle. Well preserved buildings and narrow streets are warmly welcome explorers. The Big Kiln is huge(flower corridor in photo is the kiln incide)!"

"This water town is a nice local water town. Its similar to the big famous water towns in other chinese cities but its much smaller and less crowded. It has a more authentic feel to it. Like other water towns, it has many shops and food stalls that do get repetitive. Its still worth a trip here if youre in guangzhou area. I liked the 30 minute boat ride the most."
