Up in Queenstown, there is a restaurant that one person thinks is quite authentic, the one called Madam Woo. It's not very big, but it's really clean and tidy.
What a great place. An energetic place where you can buzz and talk. The fragrance wafting from the kitchen can be smelled at the door. The staff in front are also very friendly and very attentive. If there is no table, they will give you some time to sit in the quieter bar upstairs, which is the perfect way to start the night. The time given to us was 30 minutes, and the time was very good. We started to eat as soon as we sat down (it was already selected from the menu upstairs). The food is impressive Asian fusion style and it's great. Must try this place. Young kids will love it.
Except that the restaurant was a bit crowded, we felt welcome and we also felt that the waiters were very good and attentive. The experience was made even better because of the delicious food and good drinks (each ordered a lovely cocktail). Absolutely glad we stopped for a meal here. Of course this place must be recommended!
The environment looks okay, but the lights are really too dim at night and I am worried about eating in my nose. Our New Year’s Eve dinner is just here, so it's so dark and there is no festive atmosphere at all. The background music is still a foreign song.
Recommended local restaurant, delicious food, many dishes
