Queenstown's Big Tree In fact, not only Queenstown in the South Island, but all the towns that have been visited in the North Island, from cities as large as Auckland to resort towns such as Taupo, are full of giant trees like the one in the photo below. There is no shortage of trees in China that are hundreds or even thousands of years old, but no matter how big or small towns, even farms, not to mention pure wild places, there are clusters of big trees like them, which is amazing.

With beautiful lakes and mountains, the scenic Queenstown is known as a paradise and holiday destination for tourists. The town is surrounded by mountains and rivers and has beautiful scenery in all seasons. The name of Queenstown has nothing to do with the Queen of England or any queen, but the colonists believe that the beautiful scenery here should only belong to the Queen of England, hence the name Queenstown. Facing the snow-capped mountains, lakes, blue sky and white clouds, all troubles will be thrown away. The real heaven on earth beyond the clouds
This New Zealand tourist must go to Queenstown. The viewing platform of Queenstown must be climbed up. If you drive by yourself, you can also drive there. I was climbing a hill on foot, and I accidentally harvested these large pieces.
Queenstown is my favorite city and the busiest place in New Zealand. With its unique and superior location and environment, it is not tiresome to live here. In the surroundings, you can visit Arrowtown, Fruit Town, Glenorchy, and participate in various extreme sports, such as skydiving and bungee jumping, or outdoor sports paragliding and scooters. There are endless foods on the commercial street, whether it is dessert bread, ice cream or western burger, there is always one you like. I bought a pair of discounted UGGs here, and the postcards in Queenstown are also very beautiful. Chinese shops will be open until 10 o'clock in the evening, some shops will close at 6 o'clock, and many Chinese shopping guides.
The South Lake area of Queenstown has the most concentrated scenery, and Doubtful Sound is in this area. There are rolling snow-capped mountains on all sides of the lake area, and the scenery is very magnificent. The lake is also very clear. You can go boating on the lake and feel the beauty of the lake and mountains. It is really a kind of spiritual relaxation.
