Jiulong Lake has a wide water area and is an artificial lake formed by the Huangtankou Dam cutting off the torrential Wuxi River. The lake area covers an area of 237 square kilometers and the lake water capacity reaches 80 million cubic meters. The lake water is clear and transparent, sweet and rich in various minerals.
