In the 9th century, due to the severe water shortage in the Kailuvan area at that time, the drought and rain, coupled with the fact that the area is below sea level, water is extremely difficult. The locals have built 15 reservoirs to solve the problem of drinking water. The existing two pools, one large and one small, known as the Agrabit Pool, are available for visitors to visit. The water is drawn from a distance, first enter the small pool for precipitation, and then enter the large pool for use. The large pool is 128 meters in diameter and 5 meters deep, and can accommodate 10,000 cubic meters of water. Standing on the high platform of specialization, it is obvious that the wisdom of the Kailuan people can be seen.
