Masjid ini dibina hasil sumbangan seorang ahli perniagaan berjaya iaitu Tan Sri Mohd Ariffin Yusuf. Ia dikenali sebagai masjid terapung, dan berhampiran Jeti Kuala Perlis.

Masjid Al Hussain, Kuala Perlis merupakan suatu binaan masjid terapung yang dibina berhampiran jeti Kyala Perlis Malaysia. Masjid ini telah dibina di tepi pantai Kuala Perlis menghadap laut Selat Melaka. Ia telah dibina hasil sumbangan seorang ahli perniagaan, Tan Sri Mohd. Ariffin Yusuf dan dibuka 8 Oktober 2011. Imam Masjid Al Hussain kini ialah Mohammad Dhiya'al Hafidh Fatah Yasin.
