South Korea's oldest history book "Three Kingdoms History" (AD1145 creation) records that in 14 years (AD674), King Wenwu of BC57-AD935 (AD661-681 in power) ordered to dig a lotus pond in Miyagi to make a hill, plant flowers and plants, and feed rare animals. Yanya Pool is the lotus pond excavated at that time, located in the northeast of Yuecheng (the city built in AD101 in the New Luo era). According to the results of the excavation in 1974, the Yanya Pool is close to a circle, which is rebuilt along the revetment stone. The Yanya Pool is more than 200 meters in length from east to west, 200 meters in length from north to south, with a total area of more than 5000 square meters.
