The feeling of Bakaron Church to me is old and magical. First, it is the oldest church in Asia, about 420 years old. It was the first stronghold of the Spanish Jesuit missionaries. The style of the church is Spanish, its appearance is old and vicissitudes, but its interior is gorgeous, especially the brilliant reflection of stained glass, which adds a lot of mysterious beauty to the solemnity and sanctity of the church. Like the Spanish castle, the building materials of the Bacaryon Church are made of coral stone and egg white. It is said that millions of eggs are used as adhesives. The reason for the magic is that there are natural bearded figures on the wall outside the church. Some people say it's Jesus, some people say it's a missionary. Our driver pointed to another wall and said that the Virgin Mother held the baby in her arms, but only the outline was not as impressive as the huge figure. Visits to churches are free, and there is a museum in the church for a fee. The Museum has a collection of religious relics, including Golden lined vestments, Latin church music lyrics written on sheepskin, and so on. Bakarong Church is proud of its peculiar ceiling murals and the complex ancient confession room of sculptors. It chooses a sunny time to enter, and the ground will be mapped with beautiful colored glazed light and shadow, which is very charming.
