Badaling Great Wall Review

A must visit historical spot for every tourist to Beijing. We planned the visit during the off peak season, thus everything was smooth and easy.Taking the car from Beijing to the Badaling took us about 90 minutes, it all depends on the traffic condition.

It's my second time here. I will climb everytime i have a chance to come until i can no longer climb up The Great Wall. It's very overwhelming, standing om this ancient building 👆

First time to Badaling Great Wall. Walked along the north side route to the 12th floor. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom and the scenery is excellent. Because it is the rest time of Qingming Festival, there are many tourists and occasionally stop, but the rhythm is very good when resting. It was great to have lunch with you at a scenic spot on the way. I was very happy to be able to experience the wonderful world heritage firsthand. Although we bought tickets with the APP, we were foreigners so needed to change to paper tickets so this job took a long time.

Undoubted attractions, China 5A scenic spots, how to shoot are beautiful. It is recommended that people who do not often exercise should take the cable car/cableway up. Not everyone can climb, especially the elderly. Some places are very steep and slippery. I see many people slipping and falling. But the cable car price is very expensive, one-way 100, two-way 140

The night Great Wall and the like under the lights of the Great Wall, which are not good people, show us the beauty of different dragons. It avoids the poor experience caused by crowding. Folk customs and other activities are also worth watching. The lighting atmosphere at the entrance and exit is also very suitable.

On the afternoon of January 15, 2024, it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the round-trip of the 12 floors of the North Great Wall. The scenery is good. There are several buildings that are steep. The sun is a bit cold when it is fast down the mountain. The focus is on being close to the Badaling High-speed Railway Station. You can walk there.
