Bagni d'Arienzo Beach Club Review

DO NOT GO THERE! Around 5pm l ordered a virgin mojito (specifically, as I informed them that I AM PREGNANT). Unfortunately, they brought me a drink with alcohol!!! And assuming they brought the right drink I had a huge sip! I asked my sister to taste the drink and she said it contained alcohol. I got very upset and asked to change it! They did bring a new drink but didn’t even apologize! Honestly very poor customer service!!!! Then another waiter passed by a little later and asked if all is ok, so I said no it’s not, and expressed my disappointment saying how could they bring an alcoholic drink to a pregnant woman?! He said he was the owner and he believes his bartender, who said that he did make a non-alcoholic mojito. So I asked, are you are calling me a liar!? He got so mad that I thought he would slap me! He literally came 5cm away from my face and shouted:”that I should not speak because I didn’t have a booking and they still let me in and that we have to leave now! I felt very scared and that I had to defend myself against him getting physical and so I said, you let us in and we paid for sunbeds and now if you want us to leave, then give us our money back! So he walked away. That was the time I wrote this review initially and posted! 15 minutes later, another person claiming to also be an owner, most probably his mother, came and started showing at us: “I am so rich, I could buy you all, you came to my place, it is my place and you should leave! But I will not let you take my boat so you have to walk up the stairs! Imagine saying this to a 4-month pregnant woman!! She was about to slap me, but some man had to hold her back and pull her away! Honestly disgusting! Is this how customers are treated because they received the wrong drink!? And then you tell a pregnant woman to walk up the stairs as the boat belongs to her?! Please DO NOT go there! Shame on them!
