Biblioteca Nacional Review

The Biblioteca Nacional is Buenos Aires' public library. Interestingly, the library took almost three decades to complete and was opened in 1992. To make way for the library, the military rulers at the time had to demolish the old Peron house, which they certainly enjoyed doing.
