Eerie but interesting place. Full of incense but worth the experience. Enjoyable walk!

this place has a warm atmosphere that puts my heart at ease. it has many wonderful cafes and restaurant around it from where you can enjoy the stupa’s view

such a spiritually charged place. I loved the tiny shops around the stupa and the whole vibe was very refreshing

Bodahar Buddha Pagoda, a landmark building in Nepal, is located about 10 kilometers northeast of Kathmandu. It is the largest round Buddha Pagoda in the world and also a United Nations cultural heritage. Every February during the Tibetan New Year, Lamas hold grand ceremonies here, and thousands of followers come to worship. The golden body of the Buddha was recently donated by the followers with 20 kilograms of golden ornament. If the weather is clear, you can stand on the hill and have a panoramic view of Nepal.

It used to be seen in the BBC documentaries, walking under the tower, praying, visiting, visiting people and tourists, dazzling shops, restaurants, orderly, pigeons in the square... Interest in religion must not be missed

Full of mysterious places, the people here are very friendly! The Big Buddha is really beautiful, there are many restaurants and small shopping shops nearby. Now the weather in July is a bit hot 🥵 The atmosphere here is very good, everyone walks around the tower
