Though it admittedly caters to groups more than to independent travelers, the Cafer Aga Medrasa has taken an old style traditional school house and converted it into a modern means of conveying Turkish culture. Classes are available in handicraft making or cooking, or you can just stop in for a coffee or tea at the lovely courtyard tables. The staff are quite friendly and welcoming as well, and with it being just downhill from the incredibly popular Hagia Sophia there are few reasons not to give it a visit!

The discharge is also in the old town of Istanbul, Turkey. Well, this academy has a history. Although her popularity is not high, I think it is also a place with history and stories.

This academy was actually not on our itinerary, just passed by, and then I didn’t know where it was, so I checked the Internet. The academy place was not particularly big. We turned around quickly.

It's a good place to experience the hand-painted art of local artists. By mistake, I came here. Hand-painted works belong to the traditional art of Istanbul, where I can have lunch at noon.
