I'm... not sure how to describe this place... Just see for yourself. It's not that far from HCM City, so I'd definitely check it out if you're in the area. If you join one of the bus tours, they'll generally take you here and the tunnel.

We did the cu chi tunnels and cao dai temple tour by boat and it was the Best way to travel to these locationst - with plenty of fresh air, uninterrupted views and best off you arrive well in advance of the MANY tour buses. The heat of the day is largely avoided too by arriving so much earlier.To be honest for us personally the tunnels are great but we found the war museum to be more valuable in terms of information and history provided. The tunnels are now very commercialised.Having said that the service and tour package with Les Rives is outstanding and would highly recommend booking with them.Cao Dai Temple was amazing and it was great to arrive during the afternoon prayer.

Most interesting temple I saw while in Vietnam, just outside of Ho Chi Minh city on the way to Cuchi Tunnels, part of a day tour.
