The 100-year-old building near the Civic Arena is very striking from the park. Designers use simple clear water bricks to build neat and unified exterior walls along the street, while the courtyard inside is flourishing with plants. If you have the chance to climb the top floor of a four-storey building, the view of Senpioneer Park is excellent.
