El Tronado is a very special glacier because it is ochre. It was interesting to see the road here we stopped at different attractions and had a beautiful view. What we could see I never thought there was a small island shaped like a heart, a ochre glacier and waterfall from one of them you can drink water without any problem. I drank the bottle and I lived here. It was real cold water. Great. A fun and relaxing place all day. A great day trip. Do this and learn more about the world.

My husband and I traveled for a day in San Carlos de Bariloche before returning. The journey was long and the road was bumpy. On the last day, our nerves almost broke down. But it was really a great experience. It was not difficult to transfer again in Lagomascandi. There is only one road, most of the road has one or two cracks. We walked slowly but the scenery along the way was beautiful. The green-blue lake, the high mountains were snow-capped. One of my favorite views was standing in the distance looking up at Tronador. We were lucky that when the sun came out, we could clearly see the glacier on the top of the mountain even in the canyon. We stopped to buy fresh bread and homemade raspberry jam at the snack shop along the way for a snack. When we finally reached the foot of the mountain, we saw the black glacier. Basically, this is a dirty glacier that slides down from the top of the mountain. The view is cooler but you can't get near it. What we love to do is drive all the way to the end of the road and then walk a short walk up to the root of the waterfall. The views are spectacular and you will feel part of your body surrounded by tall, narrow and thundering waterfalls. There is a small cafe with delicious hot chocolate in the area where you stop and start walking. If you are traveling for a day in San Carlos de Bariloche, I would definitely recommend this waterfall trip.

Tronado is a very dangerous peak on the border between Argentina and Chile.

I can only say that I can depict it in a fairyland. It’s okay to sit here for a day without moving.
