Chiesa di San Pietro in Gessate Review

There are many murals in this church. Not all of them are well preserved. Many of them were damaged by bombing.

Cave-like dome style without decorative pillars makes the building more primitive. Of course, you can also feel that most of the oil paintings and murals are also basically faded and disappeared with the history. But on one side of the dome, you can also see a faint picture of the dome of the Virgin Mother and the child. Under it, the wooden structure is used as the worship platform of the main hall, which is much simpler.
