Built in 1626, the interior of the church is breathtaking in the gorgeous style of the Jesuit church. The biggest attraction in the church is the zenith mural on the top of the church, which is comparable to the Sistine Chapel Michelangelo's Genesis. In 1685, Jesuit cleric Pozo painted a spectacular mural on the ceiling of the nave, depicting the scene of Saint Ignatius being welcomed by Christ and the Virgin in heaven. The ceiling of the church is actually flat, but it looks curved, the earliest and strongest naked eye painting in the world. The Roman Inajue Church is just east of the Pantheon, but there are few Chinese tourists here, which is estimated to be not enough for net red. There are Saint Inajue Church in many places in the world, and the real name of Shanghai's most famous Xujiahui Catholic Church is the Saint Inajue Church.
