Chiesa di Santa Maria Formosa Review

The church of Santa Maria Formoza is full of historical artifacts, and a gold mosaic is on the semi-dome behind the altar. Although the main part of the nineteenth century is rebuilt according to the documentation, the church is still Roman-style. I believe the design is still original, like the one built in the early 12th century.

A beautiful church, the exterior is not very grand, but it feels beautiful! Must see!
