The Church of the Virgin of Riast is not far from the Unification Square. On a small slope, there are steps up. The highlight of the church is a miniature painting. There are many paintings inside that are very vivid and can be described as a major feature.

4/5ExcellentOriginal TextThe Church of Notre Dame of Trieste, located near the Unified Square in downtown Trieste, is the most important Catholic Church in the area. It has a long history of Baroque style buildings, magnificent, grayish-brown and yellowish exterior. It has a large main hall, with paintings of the Virgin Jesus on the walls around it, and many works of art in the side hall.
