The white main building, the interior is relatively pure, there is a large square in front of it, which is a more characteristic Christ building. Free to visit. It is amazing to have such a piece in Singapore.

The predecessor of the Praise Square is the Catholic Church of St. John's Abbey for Girls Middle School, and the story behind it dates back to the long past. Although the school is gone, the fashionable life square is ideal for relaxation with its green lawns, crystal-clear fountains, courtyards and neoclassical architecture

CHIJMES is THE venue for beautiful weddings. But it is more than that. There are so many restaurants here that you are spolit for choice. Some of those worth a mention is Hvala, Gyu-kaku, Hakata-Ikkousho Ramen. Hanbo is also newly opened! Best is to visit at night as not all restaurants are open for lunch. Do expect a queue though!

Singapore's Praise Square (CHIJMES), one of the only remaining convents in the world, is also one of Singapore's important historical monuments, showing the modern old century style and special flavor, as well as the rotating stairs of the Internet celebrity punching in, and there are commercial facilities around. It is estimated that this is the reason, now called Praise Square, you can eat, but unfortunately the weather is not good when you go.

A convent turned school, finally acquired by the government, restored as a National treasure. Now is a spot with cozy pubs and restaurants, as well as a wedding hall.
