The first time I visited Melbourne, Chinatown was one of the interesting places. The streets occupied are not big, but they are very distinctive. In addition to Chinese-style buildings, there are many Western-style buildings. Chinese and Western are staggered, feel unique, and have a special style. Little Burke Street and the so-called Chinatown are two blocks between Swanston Street and Exhibition Street, and although distinctive, it looks a bit tacky. There are fairly ordinary Chinese restaurants here, good and bad, but nothing really impressive. Some historic shops can be better displayed. As everywhere, Chinatown always has so many good restaurants, souvenir gift shops and gourmet dessert shops. There are many authentic restaurants for taste. As always, every restaurant is a group of people talking to each other, like families reunited together... It is a fairly small one-way street on Little Bock, but there are also many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. There are famous brand shops worth visiting near the Collins Street CBD.
