Churchill War Rooms Review

There was much more here than we expected to see. We spent nearly three hours and time galloping through. The space was compact as these were real underground war rooms and we wouldn’t recommend visiting anyone with claustrophobia. Everyone gets an audio guide with tickets, and volunteers add some info and fun to the tour.

We booked tickets in advance to avoid a long queue. The staff took the tickets very rudely and talked to us almost shouting and very harshly. That was it, we started the museum tour that we had been very looking forward to in a bad way. The souvenir shop clerk was also terrible, and she wouldn't let us buy a bag so that we had to keep holding a bunch of souvenirs in our hands, which was really embarrassing.

During World War II, London was indiscriminately bombed by the German air force, so the British command was located in the basement, and now opened as a museum called Churchill War Room, which mainly displays World War II manuscripts. Due to the English level of fog, I abandoned this attraction early, but I passed by here many times, and I punched in and took a photo with the statue of Churchill.
