This is a huge Christmas Market lining both sides of Champs-Elysee. There's many artisan vendors, along with food stalls, rides, mulled wine stalls, an ice skating rink, and lots of holiday decorations. There's even an animated animal section, complete with dinosaurs, a Santa that arrives high above you by sleigh, and a gourmet food section serving French specialties like fresh oysters, escargot, foie gras, hot cheese, aligot, and even a champagne bar. Plus, this is France after all, so there were endless crepe stalls. It was really fun to wander, but the layout was difficult because it was spread out on both sides of the very wide street. The boulevard itself is of course stunning with holiday lights lining the street from the giant wheel all the way down to the Arc de Triomphe. If you're in Paris during the holidays, it's a great evening activity for all ages.
