A friend traveled to Lion City and invited them to eat at the Colony restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Singapore. There are seven open kitchens in the restaurant, where a master shows his craftsmanship and cooks our food for us. Friends can taste the buffet Chinese, Western, Japanese, Indian, Malay, Indonesian and local dishes at once. The price is a bit expensive, but the ingredients are fresh. I don't eat much, I only taste a little selectively, but I love chocolate and desserts. I can't help but list the price and business hours below to facilitate my entertaining friends and then go to dinner. Lunch buffet Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 2.30 pm. Price: S$58 for adults/S$29 for children (ages 6 to 12 years old) ‍‍‍ Saturdays from S$62 for adults/S$31 for children (ages 6 to 12 years old) ‍‍‍ Sunday brunch from 12 noon to 3.30 pm, S$138 for adults and S$94 for children (ages 6 to 12 years old), Children from S$47 (3 to 5 years old), soda and juice unlimited free drinks. Champagne brunch on Sundays from S$188 for adults, unlimited Champagne (Mot & Chandon) Red and white wine, selected cocktails

Colony is located in 7 Raffles Avenue Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore | The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, Singapore 039799, Singapore, the service is very good, the food is fresh and delicious! I like oysters very much. Whether it is a single meal or a lemon, the taste is great. Ribeye is also very recommended. The truffle mashed potatoes next to it are not too good. I really want to taste tomato soup. The most unexpectedly delicious, very fragrant and smooth. Thank you Nina for your service. It is very intimate and attentive. I am very patient to help us order food. I will explain when serving, give you a compliment!

The buffet held by the restaurant in the five-star hotel tastes very good. The key is that the ingredients are relatively high-end, and there are crabs. The price is more expensive. I especially like a variety of small cakes.

Although I don't like buffets very much, because the company has been eating buffets for meetings, but I think the Ritz-Carlton buffet is very good, every food quality is good, there are actually high-end Spanish ham.

The cafeteria at the Ritz-Carlton Singapore, with eight open kitchens, offers everything from Southeast Asian to European cuisine. The high-rise space, the arc of light, the black and white partitions are covered with old photos of Singapore when it was colonized by the British, echoing the restaurant's name colony, really seem to have traveled to Singapore two hundred years ago.

Ritz Carlton The hotel's Colony restaurant launched an afternoon tea called Journey in the second half of last year, featuring five salty snacks with Chinese, Malay, Indonesian, Western and Singapore characteristics, and exquisite practices. The desserts are all self-service, and a glass of Mot & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne.
