St. Gallen's Monastery, located in the center of St. Gallen, a German-speaking city in northern Switzerland. It is recorded that the monastery was built in the 8th century on the basis of the monastery established by the Irish monastery Galles in 612 and integrated with the monastery library, and is an academic shrine in medieval Europe. Although no longer used as a monastery, it is listed as a World Heritage Site due to the Baroque style of the cathedral and the monastery library. St Gallen is not big, although there is public transportation, it is best to walk to the monastery.
