It's a 22-storey cement building and one of the most eye-catching buildings in the parliament. Designed by Mario Palanti, an Italian architect, and invested by Luis Barolo, then a fabric tycoon. Completed in 1923, it was the tallest building in Buenos Aires at that time. The unique design of the building was inspired by Dante's Divine Comedy. The building is 100 meters tall, each meter represents a chapter of divine music; the building has 22 floors, each floor represents a paragraph, divided into hell, Purgatory and heaven. The top floor is a lighthouse, which can enjoy the whole city 360 degrees.
