Devrent Valley Review

Amazing work of nature where the entire valley is sculpted by nature into different shapes and sizes. from the Camel, to penguins, a pair of kissing ducks, upside down bear etc. Worth a visit before the landscape changes again over the years.

This canyon is not in the core scenic spot of Goreme, but a good place to hike. The magnificent stones are not so dense, very picture-like, very comfortable, very suitable for lazy walks, easy to take pictures.

Diffrit Canyon, if not said, driving or cycling is actually quite easy to miss. We rode a motorcycle past, just on the side of the road. The most famous scene is a camel-like stone peak, and there are many other two groups like humps, or a single stone peak with an umbrella, which is very special.

A small stream in the middle of the canyon, with many churches chiselled on both sides of the cliffs, has been a ruin after thousands of years. Walking in the canyon is cool and pleasant, a rare summer summer in the dry Cappadocia region.
