El Born neighborhood (20 minutes walking from the apartment) is beside the Gothic. Walk it, visit Santa Maria del Mar, the most beautiful cathedral in the city and enjoy with the terraces and restaurants you'll find in their streets.

I love it there... You can find some streets with local and quality shops. Also you can find some gotic history, or you can drink and eat great and budgety food
