This is a relatively new park, if I understand it correctly, it is a partner of established Puketh Elephant Sanctuary. First we met two elephants and had the opportunity to feed them bananas! I asked the teacher if the elephant was stressed to a group of people around him, but he made sure they didn’t feel stressed because it was a positive experience for the food provided. After that, we had to watch everyone from a distance and learn their stories - names, personalities, health, etc. We were instructed to keep our distance and not make loud make to keep calm and safe.
